Call Out for Heat Loss Assessment & Recommendations on Your House Energy Consumption. From €195

  • Visit your property and appraise the thermal performance of walls, windows, floors & roofs.
  • Inspect space heating / boiler, domestic hot water system, heating controls and lighting.
  • Discuss specific requirements and issue recommendations.
  • Calculate cost benefits on specific upgrades of insulations and use of renewable energies such as solar panels.
  • Advise on what Building Energy Ratings are achieved with each upgrade.
  • Offer advice on appropriate grants available.

Consultancy Services Associated with Carrying Out of Upgrading Works

To be agreed once scope of works have been defined.
  • Agree scope of works.
  • Liaise with house owner and provide necessary information to assist house owner in submitting applications for grants.
  • Prepare specifications and pricing documentation for pricing by general contractors / specialised contractors / suppliers.
  • Arrange for agreement to be signed between house owner and contractor and monitor production of contractor’s insurances.
  • Visit site periodically during construction works and issue recommendations to house owner regarding payment and completion of works.
  • Monitor issuing of completion certs and warranties / guarantees by contractor, in order to comply with possible grant requirements.
